How does the 5-free leads trial work?
If you cancel a plan on the 5th lead (before the 6th) you won't be charged a thing. If you cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges for generated leads incurred up until your cancellation.
Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 5-free leads trial.
Are the same leads re-sold multiple times?
No. Leads that you purchase are yours and yours alone. We do not engage in selling the same lead to multip people
What are the minimum and maximum lead purchase amounts?
You can order 1 lead per month, or an ultimited number of leads per month. We'd recommend starting out with a budget and allowing it to grow as you do. We've believe that Online Lead Generation should be accessible to all - which is why our minimum is 1 lead per month.
How are the lead costs calculated?
At this point we calculate leads based on - but not limited to - the following: Industry Competition, eLTV (Estimated Life-Time Value), Cost per Acquisition, and Depth of Lead Information.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) services are done on a pay-as-you go basis. We do recommend a minimum of 3-Months for the PPC Service, but that's completely your call. Our Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Lead Generation Campaigns are done on a per-contract basis.
What are the payment options?
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard only. We do not accept PayPal or American Express. Local clients have the option of payment by cash and possibly by cheque - but only once confirmed. We are planning on moving towards exclusive online payment methods - so please keep this in mind. Invoices are done on request.
Do you have an affiliate or re-seller program?
No. At this point we do not have an affiliate or re-seller program. We may consider this in the future. If you'd like to be in "the-loop" on such matters, drop us a line and we'll add you to our insiders e-mail list (which to be quite honest will not get sent out until we get past the affiliate idea stage).
